Same Day US Shipments. Orders placed on weekend will be shipped on next Monday.  (Note: business days are Monday through Friday. Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays are excluded). If the items you ordered are out of stock, we will contact you by email or telephone.

  • It is very easy for you to check the status of your order and locate the package during transit, as an email with a tracking number will be sent to your email address after your order has been shipped out. Tracking number will be emailed to buyer once your ordered item is shipped out.

Return & Warranty Policy

  • We are committed to a 180-day warranty on all products purchased at Firstlcd.com (Please note! ! If you cause the product to break during installation or use, it will not be covered under the warranty conditions)
  • All items if returned for whatever reasons must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, which is to be issued upon request through contact us. Items returned without RMA# will delay the process or be ignored.
  • If you buy the wrong or do not want it, please contact us through contact us to obtain a RMA Number within fifteen (15) days of purchase. And products must be returned 100% complete, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. We reserve the right to charge a ten percent (10%) restocking fee for NON-DEFECTIVE returns,In returning products to us, customer must pay the return freight. Return packages by C.O.D will not be accepted.(Please understand,that we can not sell again as a new item because of the product you returned.)
  • A replacement or refund will be arranged for all defective products returned
  • Please ensure that returned items are the ones that you purchased from us. We are not responsible for any item sent to us that is not our product.

Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) Procedures

1. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number: All returns must have a RMA for processing. Please contact us to obtain approval as well as the RMA. RMA are only valid for thirty (30) days (postmarked by or carrier posted by the 30th day).
 

2. Include RMA on the outside of the package: It should be clearly displayed on the return-shipping label of the package. Packages without a RMA will not be accepted.
 

3. Shipped within thirty (30) days: Products must be returned within thirty (30) days after the issuance of the RMA. Packages received after the 30th day will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
 

4. Repack in original packaging: Enclosed everything originally received, including all manuals and related materials. Place the packaged product in a protective outer box. We must receive all original products in order to process your return or exchange.
