Quick return tutorial
Go to our website: https://www.firstlcd.com
1.Select Sign In in the top right corner of the website，Enter your account number and password ：
2.After successful login, you can select the account in the upper right corner of the drop-down box or find My Orders in the left position：
3.Find the order you want to return, there is a triangle on the right, select the Refund below：
4.Then select the reason for your return, click Confirm Refund，A dialog box will pop up, content: Are you sure you want to refund this order? Please select Yes：
5.Next, your will wait for our approval. If you pass, you will receive a message indicating that the label has been uploaded. You will repeat the steps from step 1 to step 3.You will see that you can download the label and print it out.Please remember to click Check File：
