Warranty Policy

All laptop screens purchased on will enjoy a 180 Days Warranty(2 years warranty is only available for our VIP or wholesale customers),Laptop screen warranty coverage All potential manufacturer's defects such as lines, The touch function does not work, color or back-light fading are covered (Please note! ! Physical damage such as liquid spills, cracks, scratches, dents or impressions and other damage that occurred as a result of a physical blow or a drop is not covered by the warranty.)

Refund Policy

For refunds, the processing time for us to proceed with the refund will be between 1 business days upon receiving your returned item. After this the refund time will depend on the payment method. Please see below for details:

1. PayPal refunds may take up to 24 hours to process and appear in your account.
2. Credit card refunds will take between 2-5 business days to appear in your account. This delay depends entirely on your credit card company and any intermediaries.

Returns Policy

All items if returned for whatever reasons must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number,

If you buy the wrong or do not want it, please contact us through contact us to obtain a RMA Number within 30 days of purchase. And products must be returned 100% complete, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. We reserve the right to charge a ten percent (10%) restocking fee for NON-DEFECTIVE returns,In returning products to us, customer must pay the return freight. Return packages by C.O.D will not be accepted.(Please understand,that we can not sell again as a new item because of the product you returned.)

Within 6 months from the time you receive the product,If you receive the wrong product or there is a problem with the product, please contact us in time.we will provide prepaid labels to bear the cost of return and send a new screen for free, or a full refund (Prepaid tags are only available to users in the continental United States)

Please ensure that returned items are the ones that you purchased from us. We are not responsible for any item sent to us that is not our product.

Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) Procedures

1.All returned screens must have all original labels in place and be free of any signs of usage, tampering, and dents

2. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number: All returns must have a RMA for processing. Please contact us to obtain approval as well as the RMA. RMA are only valid for thirty (30) days (postmarked by or carrier posted by the 30th day).

3. Include RMA on the outside of the package: It should be clearly displayed on the return-shipping label of the package. Packages without a RMA will not be accepted.

4. Shipped within thirty (30) days: Products must be returned within thirty (30) days after the issuance of the RMA. Packages received after the 30th day will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

5. Repack in original packaging: Enclosed everything originally received, including all manuals and related materials. Place the packaged product in a protective outer box. We must receive all original products in order to process your return or exchange.
